So many of us struggle with setting boundaries.

The book, “The power of a Positive No”, by William Ury explains how when we say YES to one thing, we automatically say NO to another.

For example if I say YES to hosting a large group on a Friday night, I am automatically saying NO to one-on-one time with my partner/kids/self/plants. William Ury says the key to living a purposeful life is making sure that we say YES to our deepest values by learning to say NO to what might distract us from them. And we can learn to say no without sacrificing relationships.

Easier said than done, right? Is saying NO hard for you? How do you set boundaries?
